When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone, course interest and acknowledgement of this notice. Learner category, preferred learning mode, email, preferred contact time and your message help us respond. We use these details to contact you about your enquiry and discuss course availability. We do not request sensitive records or a child’s date of birth or school.
For parents and guardians
Please provide your own contact details for a child enquiry. Do not include sensitive information about a child in the message.
How details are stored and accessed
Enquiries are stored in the website’s PostgreSQL database. Access is restricted to authorized owner and counselling staff. Staff sign-in uses password hashes and essential server-side session cookies. Public pages cannot list enquiries. Content editors cannot access enquiry contact details.
Cookies and analytics
The staff area uses essential HttpOnly session cookies and CSRF protection. We do not enable advertising trackers or optional analytics. The public enquiry form uses a request identifier to protect against accidental duplicate submissions. Google Maps opens only when you select the external map link and is governed by Google’s policies.
Retention and requests
The owner must approve and configure an enquiry retention period before production launch. A scheduled cleanup tool is supplied; automatic deletion must be enabled by the operator. To ask about access, corrections or deletion, call 9293604199. We may verify your identity before acting. Backup copies are managed under the operator’s approved backup retention process.
Service providers and changes
The hosting and database operators process information needed to run this website. No email or SMS notification provider is enabled. This notice must be updated when services or data practices change.
